3. Google user data and Google API Services
Some of our Services, including our SEO and listings management software, request access to Google account data — including data available through the Google Business Profile API and related Google APIs — only with your explicit authorization through Google's standard OAuth consent flow. This section describes how we handle that data.
What we access
With your authorization, we may access and manage information associated with the Google Business Profile and Google accounts you connect, such as business locations, listing details (name, address, phone, hours, categories, attributes, and website), posts, and customer reviews. We request only the scopes necessary to deliver the features you have asked us to provide.
How we use it
We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Services you authorize — for example, reading and updating your business listings, managing reviews, and generating SEO reporting. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
How we share it
We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide a feature you requested, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition in which the data remains subject to this policy. We do not share Google user data with third parties for their own purposes.
Limited Use disclosure
Primarch SEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention of Google user data
We store authorization tokens and the minimum Google user data needed to operate the Services securely, and we retain it only as long as your account or engagement is active. You may revoke our access at any time through your Google account permissions or by contacting us, after which we delete the associated data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
